Buying a Microsoft licence is the easy part; getting AI to produce results is not. Now that we have joined the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, this is what we put on top of Microsoft technology: four layers (diagnosis, governance, build and adoption) and our own portal where the client sees what each agent does. Here is a summary of the LinkedIn carousel where we explained it.
If you want to know what the partnership itself means, we cover it in We are now a Microsoft AI partner: what changes for you. This article is about what comes next: how a subscription becomes a result.
Why is buying AI not the same as using it?
Because the licence is only the start. According to the Banco de España Economic Bulletin 2025/Q2, among Spanish companies that already use AI, the split is:
- 60%: only tests and pilots.
- 34%: moderate use.
- 6%: intensive use.
In other words, only 6 in 100 of those companies really use it. The gap is not in access to the technology, but in bringing it into real work and measuring what changes.

What are the four layers between the licence and the result?
This is our method, and each layer answers a different question:
- 1. Diagnosis: which process hurts, how many hours it costs and whether it really needs AI.
- 2. Governance: permissions, data and European residency sorted out before anything is switched on.
- 3. Build: agents and automations on the Microsoft stack.
- 4. Adoption: team training and a metric you can show to the committee.
The order matters: you start from the process, not the tool, and governance comes before the build, not after.

Which Microsoft tools do we build on?
The offer is simple: if you already have the tool, we get the most out of it; if not, we set it up for you. These are the four fronts:
- Microsoft 365 Copilot: so that it enters real work.
- Copilot Studio: agents that answer using your data.
- Power Platform: repetitive paperwork, end to end.
- Microsoft Foundry: custom models when needed.
And always with your data in Europe.

How do you see what the agents are doing?
With a portal that belongs to the client, JAV BRAIN Office. According to the carousel, it shows four things:
- What each agent did today, and whether anything failed.
- How much each one consumes, day by day.
- How many hours it frees up for your team.
- What you hire next, without calling anyone.
There is nothing to install: the portal reads what already runs in your Power Automate. It is the part that turns “we have agents” into something you can govern, in the spirit of the agentic company: how to govern your AI agents.

What is the next step?
Start with a diagnosis, not a licence. The carousel’s proposal is one session, your most expensive process and a number on the table: how many hours can be cut this quarter.

Frequently asked questions
What do you put on top of Microsoft licences?
Four layers: process diagnosis, governance (permissions, data and European residency), building agents and automations on the Microsoft stack, and adoption with training and a metric. Plus our own portal, JAV BRAIN Office, to see activity, consumption and hours freed.
What if my company already has Copilot or Power Platform?
Then the job is to get the most out of them. The approach is: if you already have it, we get the most out of it; if not, we set it up for you.
How many Spanish companies really use AI?
According to the Banco de España Economic Bulletin 2025/Q2, among companies that already use AI, 60% stay at tests and pilots, 34% use it moderately and 6% intensively.
